Beginning with a primary site assessment we work with the client to establish a baseline of information of existing features, environmental factors and zones so that goals can be appropriately set with corresponding planning timelines. The PSA includes an onsite consultation and realtime drone imagery.
The project proposal introduces the initial concepts for the purpose of long-term planning. It establishes a phased-project approach to the maintenance, planning and implementation of the recommendations based on seasonal and systematic timelines. We use real-time aerial imagery (drone) to create overlays that bring the project concepts to life.
Once the project proposal has been accepted by the client we begin the process of lining up industry professionals to conduct assessments for the purpose of designing specific site elements based on seasons, protocols and economic factors.
We are able to bring your design to life with our team of local, independent small businesses and contractors who specialize in the particular elements of the overall design plan. Management services include scheduling, onsite monitoring and post project documentation.
