Our Process

1. Primary Site Assessment

Beginning with a primary site assessment we work with the client to establish a baseline of information of existing features, environmental factors and zones so that goals can be appropriately set with corresponding planning timelines.  The PSA includes an onsite consultation and realtime drone imagery.

2. Project Proposal

The project proposal introduces the initial concepts for the purpose of long-term planning.  It establishes a phased-project approach to the maintenance, planning and implementation of the recommendations based on seasonal and systematic timelines.  We use real-time aerial imagery (drone) to create overlays that bring the project concepts to life.   The proposal also includes descriptions of the recommendations, timeline for implementation and resource documents.

3. Technical Site Assessment

Marking project specific boundaries and flow patterns will enable the client to envision the process and final product.  Many clients take advantage of this step in the process to implement the recommendations on their own.  For those who would like to hire out the work, the TSA provides important information for the industry professionals that will be implementing the project elements.
